It is designed to evaluate the resistance of materials and protective coatings to salt spray corrosion, compare the quality of similar protective processes, and assess the corrosion resistance of certain products.

Chamber Structure

Shell Material: Inner and outer shells made of 6mm imported PVC plastic boards, molded under high temperature for enhanced durability. Seamless welding ensures a smooth, sturdy, and corrosion-resistant structure.

 

Transparent Cover: Made of high-impact transparent material for easy observation of test samples. A water-sealed design prevents gas leakage. The cover is angled at 110°–120° to prevent condensation from dripping onto samples.

 

Heating System: Water tank heating for rapid, uniform temperature distribution.

 

Included Accessories: SO₂ gas cylinder (1 bottle) and a steel cylinder.

 

Spray System: Features built-in glass nozzles for uniform fog dispersion via a conical diffuser, ensuring even salt spray distribution.

 

Salt Solution Preheating: The solution is stored in a hidden tank with a water level gauge, preheated before atomization for temperature stability.

 

Bottom Heating: Ensures uniform chamber temperature with titanium heating tubes for corrosion resistance and long service life.

 

Automatic Defogging Function.

 

Sample Rack: "V"-shaped groove + bar design, adjustable angle, high load capacity.

 

Safety Features: Dual overheat protection, low-water alarm.
